Roles & Responsibilities:Handling the Sourceone Management services pvt ltd for HR recruiter end to end recruitment Portfolio in a TeamTo plan and run the complete hiring process which includes sourcing the resources from external market through databases, job boards, Employee References and Linked In.Branding and marketing the job opportunities on Job boards and social media to invite prospective candidates for walk-ins and hiring-events.Taking the candidates through various hiring processes-Technical Interviews, Customer Interviews and engaging them through out to ensure that there is no drop outs post selections.Conducting HR discussions which includes salary negotiations, briefing the candidates about Company’s Compensation and Benefits, running their career growth and development.Documentation and Pending joiner engagement which includes addressing grievances if any in the period of offer release and onboardingOther hiring related activities:Conducting and supporting Weekend or Weekdays scheduled drives across India locations.HR panel for Mid and Senior level of assessments across HCL Technologies drives Reporting and flashing the status of fulfillment.Current projects and assignments:Handling Major MNCs like HCL and currently responsible for closing major requirements like Windows and Unix Migration experts, System Integration Infra Project Managers, Symantec Netbackup Migration Leads and Active Directory Migration and Implementation leads and Consultants. Successfully closed about 10 joiners in a quarter against 20 open requirements while for the rest work is in progress.

Handling Major MNCs like Wipro and currently responsible for closing major requirements like Windows and Unix Migration experts, System Integration Infra Project Managers, Symantec Netbackup Migration Leads and Active Directory Migration and Implementation leads and Consultants
