I started my career as Production engineer in Air insulated switch gear manufacturing Unit of Alstom T&D. During my tenure in this profiles i have done some improvement in production lead time reduction, improvement in lean principles, bring discipline and accountability in safety, quality and 5s, improvement in OTP,improvement in FPY.
