Hi, I’m Nandish, a marketer and operations expert by profession and an entrepreneur by heart.Ever since my childhood my world has moved around marketing, my family being in traditional trade businesses. Those ideas always helped me in getting better bargain about everything in my life. Believe me I will never let you win unless you have a strong valid point to support your argument.Engineering it happened to me like every other Indian Story. But it cleared the vision as what I want to do in my career. Those career days helped me pick a lot of different personality traits in addition to the righteous marketing. I always had an inclination for organizing and operating systems and people. Early opportunities at the grooming level helped me build my confidence and mindset that I have today.My short stint at corporate job defined a crucial point in what I do why I do how I do (What, Why and How has to be crystal clear to be passionate about living a life with purpose). It was like a major transition from a traditional mindset to the need of an hour mindset. To reach new paradigms in life you have to adapt, you have to move on, you have to change.Life shouldn’t be easy otherwise there is no thrill living it. There are failures, betrayals and setbacks but it’s all part of the game. I had it too but it didn’t deter me from experimenting and trying new things. Actually, those failures define me more than my successes today.So, currently I run a venture trying to create a largest field of supply for fashion enthusiast (it’s wonderful to be a part of creative industry). Brilliant marketing and operations at all core. We at Fabric N Fabric are currently growing our revenues at 2x growth rates every quarter.I even help MSMEs in understanding and adapting change (Mostly on operations and technology fronts). It’s the need of the hour to change but people are adamant to put in resources for change. Don’t worry I have a way to it.I am lucky enough to follow my passion on every front but as said luck favour the brave.
