Then shifting the focus to Android and Ios Applications.2. Managed a set of mobile products along with Kids Apps like Facebook App, Stock Exchange app, Casual Gaming Apps and Role Play Apps from idea to their launch on Carrier app stores.3. Worked with a small team of 2 developers and 2 Creative Designers to deliver 18 applications in short span of 6 months. (Focusing mainly on creating budget teams)4. Created a Kids Brand "Elemenop" during this time handled their Digital Marketing and exploring Monetization Model for Kids Mobile Applications.5. As a result 2 kids app came in TOP FREE EDUCATION category in 13 countries and in TOP 100 in U.S, Australia, Indonesia and Canada.6. Managed the Android portfolio of Spice Labs for Kids & other Casual Games on Play Store. Diving into user reviews, ratings, support mails and user-flow funnels to deduce the customer voice. 7. Understand and gather requirements to define the use cases we (Kids EduApps) had to cater through mobile application.1. Created the first draft of design documents to help the business team take informed decisions.2. Managed Graphics, sounds and content creation that would cater to the needs of the mobile app that we were creating.3. Reviewed and audited the final product document and report the technical complication that can surface due to the nature of the mobile platform and device type.4. We created and launched mobile app like: Trill, Kiddoz ( a kids brand) for Symbian (mainly Nokia devices) and Blackberry.5. Reviewed the test cases result and compiled the report for the product team and take the first level decision for the priority on reported bugs.6. Audited the final release for core features before shipping it out to the clients.

Worked as a QA engg. for this start-up where i got the opportunity to get hands-on expirence on testing mobile apps, creating test beds, creating their product requirement documentations along with creating and managing their timelines.Working in a start-up has its perks!
