Investigate the entries stuck on Repair Queue on TLM ensuring that the quality of output is maintained as per the SLAs.Handling Mails/Queries and calls from clients/partner areas. 8. Got Cross trained in Custody Rec Process and TFA Process.9. Meeting management performance standards.10.Check trackers for completeness and accuracy11. Focuses on Client relationship in resolving their queries or if any prioritization required in processing the requests12. Generate various Reports (both cash and stock) such as Stock and Cash Exception Report, Missing Balance Reports, New account report etc. and send them across the reconciliation team and other departments.
