Receiving of units or components are checked with the paperwork provided by the vendor. Follow ITAR Compliance standards by shipping through a created Delivery Order through OCR Services Ease System. Mass produced components are processed and assigned a location in stockroom. Metalwork, RMAs, circuit boards are to be received in and placed in QA inspection until it is ready to be released into stock. Gained extensive kit part picking and storing knowledge per program requirements. Also ordered necessary supplies for shipments.

Shipped to major customers (Verizon, PacBell, Anixter, Embarq, Qwest, Bellsouth, NoranTel, Westell, Windstream Communications, and Motorola), with the use of Worldship 9.0 on a daily basis. All needed components, located on the shortage list, for certain job orders are recorded and applied appropriately. Metalworks are inspected thoroughly for blemishes, marks, rust, and other discrepancies. Ordered supplies for the warehouse, shipping and receiving needs. Excel and Word are used on a daily basis for record keeping, label production, shortage lists, finished product logs, and shipment logs.
