WHO I AMI’m a Military Special Operations Veteran with 15+ years of professional experience leading high performers and solving complex problems from the team to the enterprise level. I’ve demonstrated technical abilities as a skilled Blackhawk Helicopter pilot in the most selective aviation organization in the world but I see that as my least marketable skill. My real value is in cross functional planning and synchronization that yields business critical results for shareholders, stakeholders, and the enterprise as a whole.I’ve always been goal oriented and competitive. Growing up, I nurtured those traits through sports. I participated in many but fell in love with wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. Through my wrestling career, which culminated at the division 1 collegiate level, I learned valuable lessons about hard work, dedication, and the thrill of victory. I also learned about the sting of defeat and how to transform failures into future victories. Through Jiu Jitsu, I learned tactical patience and strategy.
