Accenture takes part especially in testing under the project SPRINT. The complex and cross-functional project helps our client to continuously release fully tested developments. As the deputy team lead of the Global Release Management team I am responsible for continuous delivery, release management and change management. I am the sole responsible for the release management two different workstreams, I manage the cutover and the global knowledge transfer at the same time. Our client decided in 2017 to change the development framework to agile. The E2E processes shift towards Scrum or Kanban methodology. Our team, the Global Release Management support the workstreams and E2E processes in the shift. In Aprils 2018 I participated on an Agile training, I took the Scrum Master certificate in May 2018 and the Product Owner certificate in August 2018. I was responsible for trade and marketing, business planing and strategy, product development and design. The production was organized in a small countryside city in Hungary (Szolnok) where as the center of logistics was coordinated in Budapest. During the ongoing negotiations with huge chain retail stores (Auchan, Tesco) it was inevitable to invest a serious amount in a bigger and automatized factory. However my business partner and me both decided that we shut down the company due to different life goals that would require us to leave the country. Show less
