Fernando excelled at his internship, and received outstanding feedback from his supervisors. Fernando interned at Espressohotel Linate, part of the AllegroItalia hotel chain where he worked on a number of project-related tasks, and integrated well into that multicultural environment. He gained first-hand experience working with a growing, multi-national organization. With respect to the intensive academic program, Fernando definitely stood out as one of the most engaging and willing students and participants on the Italy Program. Fernando exhibited considerable skill in researching and writing at the collegiate level. He also demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills as an active participant in class discussions, and performing multicultural multi-genre primary research. What I admire most about Fernando is his work ethic. He is willing and able to put in the effort to achieve goals that are important to him. He always displayed great enthusiasm and passion for learning as well as the ability to collaborate well with others on complicated multifaceted projects. Fernando manages his time and priorities effectively and sustains the effort necessary to consistently exceed performance requirements.
