Organisation: Nalgan Technologies Pvt Ltd Duration:Feb 2016 – July 2016Designation:Senior IT RecruiterJob Responsibilities  Responsible to take care of complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to on-boarding the candidate. Responsible for client interaction, requirement gathering, team management, task allocation and training. Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirementConduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc. Sourcing profiles through various job portals, social websites, internal referrals, etc. Pre-screening the candidates as per the requirement (skill sets, years of experience, domain etc). Interview scheduling and coordination. Negotiation with candidates for notice period, salary fitment etc. Maintaining work, requirement reports on daily / weekly / monthly basis for future needs. Handling varied positions starting from entry level to senior level. End- to- End follow-up of the candidates (pre and post offer related issues). Benefits & other vital negotiations for better fitment and rolling offers to the shortlisted candidates. Managing relationship and follow up with the candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding.
