Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and purchasing trends in the aviation industry.Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and sales strategies.Present and demonstrate aircraft features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers.Collaborate with aircraft manufacturers and brokers to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on available aircraft inventory.Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations.Coordinate with internal teams, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with regulations.Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact aircraft sales.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the aircraft sales department.Proven experience in aircraft sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the aviation industry.Knowledge of aircraft specifications, performance parameters, and market dynamics.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence potential buyers.Customer-focused approach with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for lead management and sales tracking.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a sales team.Willingness to travel and attend industry events or trade shows as needed.

Responsibilities:Assisting in the procurement process for aircraft, including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and evaluating proposals.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify aircraft requirements and specifications.Conducting market research to identify potential aircraft options, considering factors such as price, quality, availability, and delivery timelines.Assisting in the negotiation of contracts and terms with aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.Managing procurement documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.Coordinating with various departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to facilitate the procurement process and ensure smooth delivery of aircraft.Monitoring and tracking procurement activities, including order status, deliveries, and contract renewals.Assisting in vendor performance evaluation and addressing any issues or disputes that may arise.Keeping up to date with industry trends, new aircraft technologies, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.Knowledge of aircraft procurement processes, industry standards, and regulations.Familiarity with aircraft specifications, configurations, and performance parameters.Strong analytical and research skills to assess supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and market trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for sourcing, bidding, and contract management.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
