- Assist sales team members with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinate sales-related activities. - Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and customers to ensure clear communication and successful order processing. - Place and manage orders for IT and Telecommunications services, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities, customer accounts, and order management in the CRM system. - Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. - Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to sales and provisioning. - Monitor and report on the status of sales orders, providing updates to sales staff and customers as required. - Support the sales team in achieving their sales targets through effective administrative and logistical support. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and customer satisfaction.

• Provision customer accounts – Meetings, Rooms, Events, and Microsoft Teams gateway.• Answer our customers’ questions through chat, phone, email, or using our meeting platform Bluejeans.• Create bug reports and feature enhancement requests to properly escalate issues to relevant teams (e.g., development, product)• Create and deploy Jira request CHG or any Spector request.• Work CSM’s/Account Managers other departments and Partners/Reseller about customer requirements/Issues.• Work on Salesforce Opportunities/Renewals/RaaS and make sure account is provisioned correctly and needed features/entitlements and Addons are all synced and working. • Assist Customer service reps and T1 specialist with customer’s issue specially if the reps don’t have access with the needed tool to solve the issue.
