Analyze all contractors in order to select the most suitable one who is able to deliver high quality service at competitive pricing.Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts.Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.Negotiate with contractors on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.Track authorizations and correspondence.Maintain detailed and organized files.Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.Track payments and deadlines.Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.Preparation and signing of P.O and contractors agreements.

Achieved responsibilities over the years in the company: Representing the company especially the new agency to clients, Consultants and projects’ owners. Studying projects and analyzing it through preparing schedules with full details. Preparing clients’ offers. Negotiating over prices.  Handling sales & purchase orders & enquiries. Directly reporting to the Chairman. Participate in project related duties to ensure that the objectives are met and program partners are effectively enrolled and oriented to the program requirements.  Responsible to meet on a regular basis to provide project updates and share relevant information to the Project Manager.  Participate throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post implementation support activities and is expected to prepare formal documentation to agreed standards. Involvement in project design including preparing shop drawings. Involved in solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems Following up with the clients. Preparing shop drawings. Reviewing and checking contracts. Preparing monthly payment. Assist in training of new employees in my department.
