Aimbridge is the largest third-party hotel management in North America. It’s the industry leader in delivering best in class technology. I was one of the key finance & accounting leaders and was responsible for over 220 assets with over $500MM in annual revenue which included an international public traded REIT with over $1.5B in EV and private ownerships. I worked with internal team to develop and execute business plans. Worked with hotel ownership teams to ensure strategy alignment and produce the highest returns.- Developed and maintained thoughtful analysis on key assets where analysis includes asset descriptions, key contract terms, opportunities, risks and assessment of growth or exit strategies.- Ensured consistent, accurate and on-time delivery of financial & analytical reporting to meet critical requirement for public reporting, shareholders, lenders and investors. - Drove cross-function communication which ensured all stakeholders are involved in discussion, set clear expectations, assigned responsible parties and confirmed follow up. - Ability to pivot according to business needs including system and process changes, as well as, developed strategies and task changes under special events (such as COVID).- Lead a talented team through personal relationship building, open and clear feedback, continued training and development, goal communication and expectations.

I directly reported to CEO/General Partner and was responsible for overall Finance & Accounting and Asset Management.- Revamped Investor package and developed Asset Management template, the investor package included company information, investment opportunity information and analysis. Asset Management template included asset information, market trend, long term forecast, capital allocation schedule, valuation return analysis, fixed asset plans and financing options.- Development Annual Budget Process which included budget assumptions, timeline, capital project budget and debt planning. - Lead systems and technology changes to drive accuracy and efficiency. Projects included iPad check-in, App for in-room dining, Concur and new ERP solution. - Implemented standard operating procedures and internal control which ensured successful audits by third party CPA firms. Procedures also included setting up most efficient tax structure for foreign entity income. - Guided EB5 Investor program where I personally hosted investor tours, managed program compliance according to USCIS and FINRA requirement and managed investors’ distributions. Program generated multi-millions in equity funding.

- Responsible for US$16M in Operating budget (achieved better than 2% of budget goal).- Responsible for over average of $5M in Capital Expenditure related projects. Achieved more than 8% savings.- Co-lead resort to achieve over 92% in Guest Satisfaction Score. - Completed revamp of company wide Housekeeping budget model as one of three project leads.- Act as project manager for projects such as property refurbishment projects.

- Trained newly hired Accounting Manager and Associates at Ritz-Carlton Club and Residence in Vail Colorado. - Participated in International contract negotiation as 1 of the 2 of a 2-person team- Performed taskforce duties to Aruba Surf Club during the vacancy of Director of Finance position- Analyzed all company wide management agreements as part of project team tasked to increase cash flow management in post spin-off environment.

- Responsible for 3 Resorts, Regional Corporate Office and 11 different entities across 6 different countries and jurisdictions - Responsible for over US$30M in annual Operating budget- Responsible for average of US$4M in Capital Expenditure budget. Developed & Implemented regional long term Capital plan- Turn around 1 resort from annual loss to profit in first year in position- Consistently produced cost savings to owners while increase profit margin to the company- Managed Pre-opening for 2 resorts.- Developed & set up processes and procedure for the region- Specialize in mixed-use resorts complex in both beach and city locations (some with over 14 Food & Beverage outlets)- Successfully managed owner meetings & developed trust and closing working relationships

- Managed annual Operating & Capital budget; and turn around resort from operating deficit to surplus within 2 year- Managed Food & Beverage Outlets & Spa operation- Performed in mixed-use resort environment to drive profitability for all parties involved

- Assisted Director of Finance with Timeshare Associations and Ancillary budgets. - Assisted in preparation period financial statements for ancillary and Timeshare departments.- Assisted in business relationships between Marriott and third party lessees. - Assisted department managers to better manage business by providing them with tools to better analyze statements and improve profit margins. - Presented financial results and proposed budget at Timber Lodge Condominium Association's annual meeting. - Prepared Timber Lodge Condo and Timeshare associations' audit workbooks. - Received 100% satisfaction in Associate Experience Survey. .
