Develop, drive, and implement Governor Josh Green's housing initiatives and strategies.

Managing operations of non-profit HomeAid Hawaii including housing and community outreach programs, communications, public relations, and fundraising.

Developed strategic advocacy initiatives for the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association and fourteen community health centers across the state. Developed complete policy agenda – including legislative package and strategy – to successfully achieve association’s strategic goals. Created and executed plans for expansion of association advocacy efforts with community health center boards.

Represent Housing Hawaii at public events and media relations. Create and manage Housing Hawaii’s legislative agenda. Organize and coordinate community efforts to lobby legislative housing issues. Develop reports and presentations for Housing Hawaii and other requestors. Ensure timely submission of all federal and state reporting requirements. Provide information and guidance to the board of directors in order to maintain awareness of community and membership needs and facilitate informed decision- making. Advisor to the Governor, Senior Policy Advisor, and the Directors of the Departments of Health, Human Services, Education, University of Hawaii, Human Resources Development, and housing agencies. Analyze complex issues and challenges affecting government operations, and identify legislative or administrative strategies to improve these operations while serving the best interest of the public. Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for the Senior Policy Advisor and Governor. Build consensus with community stakeholders, federal and local government officials, and private organizations to develop policy with particular expertise in early childhood education, public education, housing, and homelessness. Draft legislation and provide testimony at public hearings to legislative officials. Represent the Administration on task forces, committees, boards, or commissions.
