The CU Foundation, a separate 501(c)3 organization, serves as the financial portal for philanthropic giving to CU, and is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The Foundation oversees the prudent investment of CU gift assets in its care, ensures that the use of gift funds match donors' intent, and convenes the Board of Trustees, a national council of CU donors and advocates.

We are a nonsectarian non-profit inclusive human services agency that welcomes everyone to participate. Our mission is to serve women and their families through programs designed to protect children, empower women and girls, and eliminate racism.

I served as co-chair of the 65,000 member Section of Litigation's Woman Advocate Committee from 2008-10, co-chaired the Section's Annual Meeting in 2012, and served as a co-chair of the Section's Membership and Marketing Committee in 2013-14. I served as a Managing Director of the Section for the 2016-17 bar year.

I represented clients ranging from Fortune 100 technology corporations to smaller pre-IPO companies, both in the United States and Japan, Taiwan, India, and Italy.I also served as the partner co-chair of the firm's Professional Development Committee.
