A solid knowledge in the field of food, ingredients and production methods has been optained from my Master of Science in 'Food Innovation & Health' as well as from a background as a chef. Furthermore I possess competences within project management, Key Account Management, quality assurance, HACCP, product development, consumer preferences and food innovation. Moreover I have experience from teaching from different settings.Food is of profound importance within our society. Food production, sustainability, food procurement, as well as the economic role of the food sector, are topics of great interest to me. The daily meals may be a great challenge to many people, why I wish to participate in making it easier to everybody to eat tasteful, sustainable, and healthy meals every day.
