• Lead and direct Technical Information Group to support Shiseido Americas brands' product global launch, including China. Support product development from concept to launch. Products include skincare and color cosmetics (foundation, lipstick and etc.) • Develop product claims with marketing and overseeing claims substantiation plans and execution, both consumer and clinical testing. Review consumer facing communications. • Design and implement R&D strategy to build more competitive claims and more robust claims substantiation • Help build innovation pipelines, build consumer insight function and strong capacity to evaluate product at different stage• Partner with global cross-functional teams to create and execute key standard operating procedures; build smoother process.
