I started my career as a cabin attendant with Japan Airlines, where I spent three years delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of passengers. This role taught me the importance of cultural sensitivity, effective communication, and maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations. I ensured passenger safety by adhering to strict airline protocols and handling emergencies with confidence.After my time at Japan Airlines, I transitioned into the public relations industry with Ogilvy Bangkok, where I worked for two and a half years. Initially joining as a Senior Account Executive, moved up to the position of Account Manager. In this role, I was responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, and leading a team. My experience in Bangkok’s dynamic market allowed me to gain valuable insights into Southeast Asian business practices, which I effectively communicated to clients.Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong skill set that includes advanced customer service, strategic communication, crisis management, and team leadership.I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations (CCMPR) at the University of Leeds. This program is further enhancing my strategic communication skills, deepening my understanding of marketing dynamics, and equipping me with advanced expertise in public relations.
