Currently working as a consultant in the Healthcare and Consulting team in KMD DIMA. This means that I primarily work with products and solutions aimed at the healthcare industry and healthcare professionals. A colleague of mine calls me the "octupus", as I love to take on a broad range of different tasks. Primarily, I work as an implementation consultant on the app Emento. However, I also work with project management, UX design and customer success, as well as I take pride in being a part of the very important friday-bar planning group. Also, I am in the process of learning a bit of Angular-coding (typescript, html and css) - though this is very much in process.Previously, I was working in the DIMA Covid-19 team, which worked with various IT solutions for Covid-19 test reporting to SSI. Here my finest task was to keep our+400 customers happy. However, I also worked with customer support, solution implementation, logistics, invoicing customers, handling fast-changing legislation, being the link between the customers and the development team, sales and contracts.

Tasks related to the use of data in sports with focus on football. Primarily involved in tasks in the start-up Goal Station, who is selling football training products with intelligent lights. Most tasks are in the category of a product manager of the software used to control the intelligent lights, such as planning and running implementation sessions in Danish football clubs, software testing, communication with developers and developing dashboards to be used by the football trainers.

Job includes teaching, facilitating and preparing the curriculum for the tutorials for the 3rd semester Bsc(B) students in the course Business Development with Information Systems, and 4th semester MMC students in the course Corporate Media. This job gives me deeper insights into the course content and has a high demand for planning skills. Furthermore, this job is giving me distinctive skills in communicating complex material in an as simple manner as possible.

Tasks include documenting processes, gathering information about technical aspects of wind turbine installation and communicating this knowledge, maintenance of the department’s SharePoint site, and other occurring tasks.

Primary task was to answer phone calls and emails from customers. Enquiries included everything from customer service, sales, technical assistance and the like. Has especially given me distinct communication and conflict handling competences, as well as given me insight into the importance of having the customer in focus.
