My name is Nannette E. I am currently training as a New to Speciality nurse in LRDP. I have a background in Telemetry, Medical Surgical & ICU step down nurse with a Bachelors of science in Nursing degree. I am dedicated in providing exceptional and culturally competent care.As a highly motivated nurse, empowered to achieve high standards, I thrive at the chance of learning. I am a detailed-oriented person who has the ability to grasp concepts quickly. As a passionate nurse I have gained insight on how to enhance patient safety. Through my clinical experience I am able to work with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. As well as, enhancing my therapeutic communication, time management and my ability to critically think. This will aid my growth and confidence in the healthcare profession.
