As CTO of Sona I was actively involved in production of gold nanorods and development of bioconjugate of gold nanoparticles. Managed a small team of scientists and wrote technical document.

As CTO of GMS Surface Tech Ltd I deal with following responsiblities-Management and Leadership: Managing R&D and leading product development in the area of hard surface coating and cleaning-Technical Writing: Patent writing, Research Article, Conference presentation and investment pitch. -Product and business development: I'm responsible to develop new surfactant and polymer based scent free cleaning products. I deal with scaling up and internal & external processes development. In this role I also assist our marketing team to identify new customers and clients.-Partner support: Project planning and process scaling up .

At this position I undertook project management and research commercialization .Technical: New product development (Active involvement right from the idea to prototype and to final finished product), Quality control, and Marketing.Type of work Experience Management: Project Management, Reporting to Lab Director, and Record keeping.Technical: High precision solution preparation; performing analytical chemistry assays based on new and existing methodologies; operating analytical instrumentation such as NMR, FTIR, automated titrator, particle size analyzer, tensiometer, UV-vis and fluorescence spectrophotometers; preparation of scientific reports for publication in internationally reviewed journal. I worked in a laboratory with strong emphasis on microscopy, spectroscopy, chromatography, and data handling.
