As the company president of NanoTech. I am in charge managing and overseeing the accounting process, operations, client facing support – technical and customer service, establishing measurable results that grants company stability and a strong financial vitality through sales and marketing strategies. I believe in public relations by building and sustaining relationships with clients, providers, employees and performance evaluation. I have established protocols for managing of technical operations and ensured proper program development and implementation as well as developed company-wide strategies for verticals in office management, cybersecurity, IT, cloud services, backup solutions, SOHO, SMB and health IT to include creating policies or procedures ensuring company compliance with federal and state laws. I lead and engage with all client's projects, by providing best in class solutions and experience.

• The Alexandria Sheriff's Office's Correctional Services Advisory Board is a citizen-based body that advises, supports and assists in the coordination of community resources that benefit individuals incarcerated in the William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center. Appointment is made by the Sheriff upon recommendation of the CSAB and where applicable, sponsoring agency.• As board members we develop, plan and assist the implementation of programs and services that benefit the inmate population. I personally take an extra step and have committed to allow the opportunity to those inmates that wish to pursue a technical interest with the hopes to offer them a route to a successful transition to our community in which they would contribute by having a job and creating the foundation to support themselves. I truly enjoy teaching this Information technology class approved the board.

• The Alexandria/Arlington Workforce System envisions a region where every business has access to a qualified, job-ready workforce and every resident has the skills needed to connect with meaningful employment and advance in a career.• As a board member it is our mission to help drive Alexandria City’s and Arlington County’s economic growth by establishing an infrastructure that allows City Council members to make educated decisions based upon our findings and recommendations. For instance, there is a high demand for cyber security professionals, and we have developed an opportunity for businesses to further their manpower with industry driven certification at a fraction of the cost.

• The Commission on Employment is responsible for developing a City-wide plan for employment services that reflects the goals of linking existing City employment and training programs with employment and training programs operated by the City school systems and with the economic development program operated by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with City Council.• We are in charge of providing the Mayor and Council members with our recommendation to ensure that the Alexandria city work force development is ensuring that anyone seeking for any type of assistance trying to find a job is given the necessary tools. Our support is not just to the city, but also benefiting our community as we drive to build upon current demands and needs from various employers, opportunities and special trends.

Provides logistical support to 6th Air Mobility Wing, U.S. Central Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Joint Communication Support Element, 49 other tenant units and direct support for 14 stationed KC-135R Aircraft. Processes issue requests through the Standard Base Supply System and process all major and deferred aircraft/equipment discrepancies. Responsible for 10,000 line items in a 350,000 square foot warehouse, valued at $21million. Monitors and maintains 2,400 line items of Bench Stock valued at $500,000. Provides, Maintains equipment files and listings for more than 400 equipment accounts.

Ensures all required tools, equipment, supplies and automotive components and properly researched, requisitioned, inventoried, procured and issued in support of 626 vehicles and equipment assets valued at more than $29 million. Serves as Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) and liaison between the Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS), United States Central Command, United States Special Operations Command, and Joint Communications Support Element. Track expenses for COPARS contract worth $276,000. Maintains custodial responsibility for a $25,000 flight tool crib.
