Filing and updates electronic copies in the server (ProjectWise) with the recent revision, addendum, and amendments/change orders (+/-).• Ensuring overall project information is received, distributed to the appropriate respondents and reviewed by all relative parties whether it is for review, action, info, squad check, etc...• Composes letters/emails ahead of time. Afterwards, guaranteeing its clear purpose and intent by discussing it briefly to the Engineers.• Ensuring the traceability of hard and electronic copies of all submittals (Incoming/Outgoing). Likewise, ensuring files are retrievable for internal auditing purposes.• Archiving of project documentation upon completion. Adheres to the retention policy. At the same time, providing copies to Customers (with secured receipts).• Taking a proactive approach in identifying needed improvements in documentation such as creating/maintaining a document control system. • Have successfully developed a relational database management tool (MS Access) that produces relevant document registers showing the current and complete history of a project.

Directing over the phone support to District Sales Managers (DSMs), sales representatives, and customers from Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) regarding orders, invoice, campaigns, shipping schedules, account updates, and other product-related inquiries.

Giving US-based clients excellent support concerning their technical issues, billing, account set-up, and other service-related issues over the phone.
