I didn't get into change management because I want to make people happy about a change. I am interested in the technology investment hitting or exceeding its intended value. In turn contentment is generated for the organization and the individuals involved.PersonallyMy proudest day was carrying my 5-month-old to my MBA graduation. During the next 17 joy-filled years of raising this amazing kid, I broadened my career laterally instead of advancing upward, intentionally slowing the momentum of a new MBA. I maintained my passion for driving the adoption of strategic technology initiatives while balancing the demands of single parenthood. The combination of being less focused on upward growth and possessing strong business acumen made me an ideal candidate when organizations sought to establish new positions. With more seniority than my positions required, I consistently performed with a high level of accountability—taking full ownership beyond my official "rank." In 90% of my career, I have been the first to hold a role and establish its value within the organization. Often, I wrote my own job description. My most valuable skill is knowing the right questions to ask to analyze the needs at hand whilst gaining the trust of the experts so that they answer with a valuable answer. That is an answer that allows the analysis to persist, not end to check the box. I am now launching Exact Changes and excited to play that role of the person who gets to identify, articulate and execute the levers to change adoption. I have an approach that is highly professional and easy to adjust to the be change specific and flexes to the group's culture. Currently I am adjusting the tools to both use and deliver AI.Exact Changes Difference:- 15+ years of being on the client side of OCM initiatives- 10 + years in business intelligence delivering advancements in data strategies.- Laser focus on change adoption - including the need for process change - not just tech changes.- Gain the benefit of change analysis BEFORE the budget or plan is finalized- Experience with initiatives across a wide range of technology categories.- Global? regional? local? – who sets the priorities?
