With over 20 years of diverse experience in business and entrepreneurship, complemented by the last 8 years in academia, I have consistently led pioneering initiatives and innovative projects across multiple sectors.As a tourism entrepreneur, I reshaped the hospitality landscape in Volos, Greece, by launching Salina Premium Residences, the city’s first aparthotel. Building on this success, I later introduced Salina Spa Villas, a groundbreaking concept that seamlessly integrates villa accommodations with spa and wellness services.In the business world, I held various leadership positions spanned across various industries, from metal and mining to motorway operations, fashion, and retail. I have consistently delivered successful marketing strategies driven by a passion for excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.My transition to academia was fueled by a deep passion for sharing knowledge, which began as a hobby nearly a decade ago. This passion has since evolved into a full-time commitment as I pursue a Ph.D. focused on the intersection of the metaverse and tourism. My research aims to explore the economic, behavioral, and brand implications of integrating digital technology with hospitality and travel.My academic credentials include a Bachelor's in Hospitality & Tourism Management, an MBA from Staffordshire University, UK, an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Thessaly, and specialized diplomas in Education and Digital Marketing.As an educator, I have had the privilege of guiding both students and professionals, blending theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
