Ensure to receive minimum of 3 quotes and standard items should bind with contracts. Quotes comparison sheet has to prepare and should obtain signature according to the approval matrix. Interpret specification, drawings and coordinate with the initiator and suppliers to find the right product. Ensure PRs converting in to PO within the defined schedule and delivery completed and PO closed on time. Qualification and performance evaluation of vendors will be done initially & regular intervals.
