Role Description : Routine job will be assisting the IT manager in running the IT Operations at Johor Plant and liaise with colleagues from other Plants in Penang, Kuching, and San Jose to settle daily IT operational issues . As part of this role, I supervisor a team of external helpdesk team which runs on a 24x7 shift , to assist me in achieving our internal ICT objectives & SLA‘s. With this team, I manage , monitor & support the server environment, corporate network, telephony systems,paging system & any end user computing issues.

Coducting planned changes, & upgrades were also part of the assigment.
