Seeking an opportunity to share and increase my experience and skills acquired from having over 10 years of experience in being a part of leadership teams on multi-million dollar construction projects. With a company where I can grow into a servant leadership position, through consistent personal growth, learning and building trusting relationships. I enjoy getting to know and working with all types of people and helping them to grow as individuals and team members. Over my years of working in the civil construction industry, I have taken on many different roles, positions and responsibilities in a variety of environments. I have worked from the dry dusty heat of Phoenix, Arizona to the humid, rainy and flooding weather of Houston, Texas. I have worked on major freeways / Tollways, to working in busy intersections, to working in neighborhoods. Each job, each location and each position had its own set of challenges that I had to accept and overcome. This has helped me to learn how to adapt to different situations and I have come to enjoy taking on and overcoming a wide range of challenges.
