I am a highly motivated individual with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. I have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate well with others. I adapt well to new environments and thrive on challenges. I work well in a team but am equally happy working independently. I believe that people have the ability to develop and change and enjoy seeing people reach their potential regardless of their age and abilities. I am passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of the people I work with. I believe in mass participation and equal opportunity and will facilitate opportunities for all. I have experience of working in a variety of workplace sectors and environments which included schools in the private and state sector. As a result of competing in sport to a high level I have a keen interest in what makes a successful performance . I thrive on bringing out the potential of individuals and believe in a promoting opportunities for all regardless of someone's experiences.
