  I effectively manage a patch of approximately 700+ properties and provide a comprehensive housing management and quality service to residents. Part of my role involves managing tenancies and enforcing conditions of tenancy; performing estate inspections and liaising with relevant partners to ensure services are delivered to the resident’s satisfaction. I act as the first point of contact, and provide a resident focused housing management service to both tenants and leaseholders, having regard for resident satisfaction.Extra Responsibilities/Achievements:Manage an ongoing Mutual Exchange Project assisting residents in home swapping within the UK. Since 2014 I have been proactive in assisting residents in moving homes through mutual exchange when they have not been able to find any success through the bidding system. Through planning and coordinating, I organised two successful mutual exchange networking events within the Rotherhithe and Bermondsey area and I have continued to assist with cases whereby mutual exchange can be an alternative method to assisting with legal housing cases.Manage Housing Moves system, verifying applications of residents wishing to move within the London Borough. Assisting in complex housing cases, and using my Counselling skills qualifications to help me confidently deal with vulnerable residents and provide a more solid support.
