Aswell as being involved in STEM education during my time at 3DW I have been a key member of the development team working on major infrastructure projects for large scale companies such as SSE and EDF. I believe my artistic skills have transferred well to such large project work with a meticulous approach to my work which has helped me gain excellent knowledge over the years.In 2018 I attended the Big Bang Exhibition at Birmingham NEC and Eisteddfod Festival in Cardiff to help support Horizon with running the VR rollercoater game that 3DW built.

My responsibilities included customer complaints, missing parcels and refund and order discrepancies. I also had to take customer clothing orders over the phone and process them on the computer through a system called SAP, place exchange orders and answer general customer queries. On weekends I was assigned to process mail orders and call back customer's if any of the items are out of stock to suggest an alternative colour, item or refund.
