About Naomi Nurgitz

Over my career I've moved from (as a lawyer) fixing people's problems for them, to (as a mediator) helping them to mutually work out their problems, to (as a mindfulness teacher) helping them discover the tools they each have to prevent problems before they occur. I believe that Mindfulness training can give people control over how they react to their experience through revealing the array of choices available when they aren't acting in an unthinking habitual way. It is a consummately positive, kind, clear-seeing approach to life which can help each of us maintain his or her balance no matter what challenges life sends us. I'm delighted to share these skills.
