I have been working part time for a company launched in 2013 which has grown rapidly over the last three years, adding a plethora of new brands to their portfolio. My work has focused on new brands launched to market, working on all parts of the marketing mix including brand strategy, website structure and design, events, social media and customer communications.Key AchievementsLaunched two new brands - proximoinfra.com and uxolo.com - to market from scratch.Worked with the CEO to create brand name, purpose and identity.In depth workshops run by myself together with an agency to define company values, supporting the business to understand deeply its purpose as an organisation. I had a variety of roles across the Poker and Marketing teams during my seven years at Ladbrokes. I managed and delivered strategic planning and was at the heart of many of the marketing campaigns and events for poker. Key highlights; managed some big budgets (circa £5Million in freebet spend), launched the Ladbrokes Poker loyalty and VIP programme, wrote the first plan for mobile betting, managed the marketing plan for the acquisition of the Betdaq exchange, sat on the Microgaming board as the representative for Labrokes Poker.

My role reported into the Head of Poker and was to work with the CRM teams across the international markets creating promotions and content to suit the player segments in that country. These would be used to target different groups of players; beginners through to experienced level and sports customers to improve cross sell.

I was taken on as PR Executive reporting into the Head of PR to focus on two Poker specific accounts they had recently won which were Pokerzone TV and Microgaming, including management of the sponsorship deal with the Hendon Mob. I also worked on the London Triathlon, Boylesports and Purple Lounge accounts. My role was to work closely with the clients to create interesting stories and angles to be able to sell into key media to support the client’s overall marketing strategy.
