Wow where do I start, I was always destined to work in estate agency I am sure from my work experience at school for 2 weeks at Peter alan, then my driving instructor whilst doing my business studies degree always saying ‘out of estate agent mode now Naomi, concentrate on your driving’.. story of my life!? I dabbled in the pub trade for a while within a graduate position straight from university then into recruitment and advertising sales at the local newspaper which led me to an interview at Peter Alan where I completed my technical award training in both sales and lettings, now at Dawsons with 20 years service to the property industry and loving it more each day, only wish there were more hours in the day to achieve more.. Alongside my role within Dawsons I also manage the training arm of the business, Dawsons Training Wales (DTW) alongside my colleagues Kate and Ricky. DTW was set up in 2018 with the first rent smart wales accredited course being undertaken in early 2019 and having just won the EA Masters Best overall Supplier award I think it’s safe to say we are doing ok, having surpassed 700 other suppliers to achieve this award and it being just 3 is beyond exciting for us. I also volunteer in my spare time for the scout association and the TOFS charity.
