With a BSc in Geographical Science and a PGCE in Secondary Geography, I have dedicated the majority of my career to the educational sector, where I have taught a diverse range of subjects and held various leadership positions. This extensive experience has equipped me for my current role as a Talent resourcing partner at Lift Schools, where I am deeply aligned with the organisation’s mission of delivering exceptional education and enriching lives. I am committed to attracting diverse, talented professionals to join our team, which comprises over 6,000 staff members across 57 schools.In my capacity as a Talent resourcing partner, I oversee the end-to-end recruitment process at Lift Schools. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. I collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, providing candidates with consistent feedback and support. Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Tes, I actively promote Lift Schools’ brand and job vacancies, aiming to attract and engage top-tier talent. My efforts have successfully placed candidates in a wide range of roles, from educators and support staff to senior leaders and principals.My experience in fast-paced environments has equipped me to navigate the demands of this role with poise and adaptability, skills that I have refined throughout my diverse career.
