Responsibilities:Events Management- Define the organization’s brand through events - Create and implement events that meet the organization's expectations- Analyze event performance - Provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project. Community & Coworking Space Management- Defining and developing a community management strategy - Organizing various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in the coworking space- Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels Program Management - Being involved in the whole process of the initiatives: from finding the problem to delivering the solution- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects/initiatives.- Preparing reports for upper management regarding the status of projects/initiatives."
