First and foremost, my role is about putting relationships first - offering the best possible service and added value wherever possible. True recruitment consultancy is about much more than your immediate vacancy/project. With a background in corporate fundraising, fundraising recruitment and senior appointments there is so much I have come to love about this sector. I'm naturally curious and always keen to learn - my job is to get to know your organisation and directorate at a deeper level, share insights/knowledge, sound out ideas that support team planning and ensure that when we work with you we have a partnership built on trust and understanding when it comes to all things recruitment/careers. While my role sits within the fundraising division we also recruit more broadly across marketing, communications and digital – alongside this we have an interim team who are brilliant at turning around quick interim/temp requirements to fill short term capacity gaps within teams.
