I project managed the creation of CGIs and animation work for the Retail, Residential, Industrial, and Office property development/regeneration sectors. Communication was key, I represented a client's brief accurately to a studio team ensuring the client aims, and the company quality standards were met throughout the project. Liaised directly with architects, developers, interior/landscape designers, regeneration groups and agents to create powerful visual imagery of the design intent for place-making. ‘Streetscape’ is a brand of Horus Communications Ltd which creates exciting visual solutions for vacant or newly developed retail shopfront units to help lease. I undertook the marketing, design and project management of the production of bespoke shopfront vinyl wraps to landlords, councils, agents and property management clients, to support their property asset management work. The project account tasks were important within my role - quoting of the new projects and the invoicing of live projects completed.
