Consulted with Nirrin's senior leadership team (Sr Director of Product Management, COO, CEO) to define the organization's North Star/ Value Proposition and key customer needs for current and future products. Conducted voice of customer interviews across personas and industry segments.

Brought Flowfect Tx from development through V&V and began beta testing with collaboration partners; brought Flowfect Discover from idea to verification and Early Access Program. Also launched correlating consumables and software through development phases to support customer use. - Reported directly to Chief Executive Officer, acting as the interim Commercial Leader for corporate & product strategy planning for 6 months (Q3 '23 through Q1 '24).
