I am teaching in a broad spectrum Special School as a class teacher as well as working to develop the maths curriculum for the whole school as the Math subject leader. The school goes from reception through to post 16.I understand the importance of looking at each learner holistically and not just as a number to add to the data sheet. I promote staff wellbeing and understand how vital it is to support the staff in order to get the best out of them so, they can also reach their true potential. promoting ambition for staff and students to love their job and school.
