Responsibilities include overseeing and developing relationships with database software vendors; overseeing the workflow of technology-focused projects; creating, maintaining and enhancing records within constituent relationship management database; working with team to develop efficiencies and advance our programs through the use of technology; document database-related policies and procedures; manage data entry and reconciliation; and generate, customize and maintain reports for the organization.

Conducts in-person and online sessions, in both classroom and custom settings.• Serves as Delivery Lead for Raiser's Edge 7 and Research Point curriculum - helps create course roadmap, conducts all beta runs, and coaches delivery team.• Consistently receives positive customer feedback highlighting student successes• Led the delivery effort to entirely redesign our Raiser's Edge and Education Edge training curriculum. • Served as a key collaborator for Blackbaud's first Certification program.
