Responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications, growing social media profile from 0 to over 16,000 monthly impressions,. managed complex committee structure, staff and facility.

Responsible for all aspects of development, including individual, foundation, corporate and government support. Also responsible for all aspects of special event planning, including post-performance receptions, gala and other events.

• Created and implemented a grassroots fundraising plan, including an annual appeal, and working with members of the Board of Trustees to grow the organization. • Secured new playbill advertisers, corporate supporters• Planned and executed various fundraising events.

• Emphasis on development; researched, wrote and obtained almost $25,000 in new grants from foundations and corporations, • Exceeded goals for annual appeals• Implemented endowment campaign and increased endowment fund by 75%. • Coordinated major event planning with numerous volunteers. • Responsible for day to day activities of a professional orchestra including Union negotiations, soliciting and maintaining advertisers, marketing, public relations, concert production such as concert programs, contracting soloists and venues and much more.
