Naomi has served/is serving as Coach - Tech, Entrepreneurship and Design Lab run by Nigerian University of Technology and Management, Chair, Technical Advisory Council for the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship; Personal Mentor - The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, Advisory Board Member - Nigeria Youth SDGs Network, Judge - Jack Ma Foundation's African Business Heroes, Member, Governing Council - World Economic Forum GSLH; while also serving on the boards of 3 other organisations. She has had a diverse career across sectors including Integrated Marketing Communications, Development, Tech, Marketing, Public Relations, Education and the Creative Industries. Over the past 16 years, Naomi has worked assiduously to increase equitable access to economic opportunities for young Africans, reaching close to 3 million young people. She has consulted/worked for/with multi-sectoral clients on matters revolving around the design, development and implementation of youth strategy, programs, campaigns and events. She designs interventions that foster intergenerational relations, champions the mainstreaming of youth in leadership, and works with stakeholders to improve the outcomes of youth-targeted initiatives. She wrote I'm A Graduate Now What? and served as Creative Director of the audio-visual production featuring 56 Nigerian influencers and celebrities. With close to one million copies sold, the content has become the definitive guide for those who want to win in today's marketplace.Naomi runs a startup studio and serves as its founding Entrepreneur In Residence. She now spends most of her time designing, developing and deploying solutions focused on bridging the gap between the demand for work-ready talent and the supply of decent, meaningful jobs.
