As the Client Services Specialist at OneCoach, I was in charge of client experience and ensuring customer happiness. From coaching clients to consulting clients I ensured each person was on-boarded, delivered their materials, and continued growing on their journey with my support and guidance.

As a Strategic Business Growth Advisor I performed business assessments for business owners and entrepreneurs helping them to identify the gap between where they were and where they wanted to be.
