From 2017-2018 I worked as a waitress with Marston's. At the beginning I would wait a section of 12 tables with some assistance and took out the meals. From August 2017 I spent some shifts bartending and other shifts waiting on all 35 tables in the restaurant alone during lunchtime shifts. I also made desserts for customers and worked in customer service. The restaurant tended to be quiet in the afternoon and became busy in the evenings, full over Friday and Saturday evenings and full all day on Sundays. During my time working here I learnt how to cope with the pressure of a full restaurant and developed strategies to improve my efficiency.
