- The Union Program Council (UPC) is a client based organization located in the K-State Student Union that produces over 100 events per academic year and attracting more the 35,000 attendees annually,
- Acting department coordinator of a multifaceted team of 20+ volunteers and staff dedicated to providing a memorable guest event experience with oversight of operational framework, on-site problem solving, and excellent.
- Administer financial budgets upward of $150K for 100+ unique programs, revitalizing budget management tool and remaining within expense allocation by implementing successful mitigation techniques despite unprecedented.
- Negotiate, execute and close performance agreements with values up to $50k, fulfilling all disclosed requirements listed by speakers, vendors and various other organizations on favorable terms.
- Introduce personalized and creative content using various tools, such as Adobe Suite, Canva and ZOOM to enhance brand image on social media and digital content. Successfully launched a full slate of remote programming.
