• Responsible for resolving customer delinquency• Insure customer goals of establishing/re-establishing credit are met • Consumer loan underwriting• Conduct loan closings

• Assist Executive Director with renewals and bids for state contracts and agency audits• Monthly preparation and review of financial statements• Handle daily A/P and A/R processes; oversee timely, accurate processing of invoices and payment transactions• Ensure accurate and compliant files and records in accordance with company and state policies• Monthly billing of state contracts for child care, transportation, support services and assessments• Oversee staff time; prepare and submit payroll• Responsible for Income Eligible Subsidized Program: enrollment, reassessments and terminations of clients• Preparation of client invoices, collection of assessed day care fees and management of client accounts• Train staff on new/updated state policies, regulations and web-based applications to manage all contracted child care subsidies• Bank deposits, transfers and reconciliations• Record keeping and data management related to providers, transporters and parents in both QuickBooks and Access• Assist in preparing provider and transporter payroll• Assist Placement Department with enrollments, reassessments, terminations, transportation and substitute child care• Assist all departments with Spanish translation• Create queries and reports in Access as needed
