Passionate about connecting shared services and GBS leaders. In 2005, I began my career with SSON in New York City. There I produced and ran SSON’s US. events portfolio until 2008 at which time I expanded my role to SSON’s Global Events Producer. While still active in the shared services arena, I built a portfolio of events under a newly created IQPC line of business. As the global leader of SSON, I am responsible for the global brand, strategic direction and continuous growth of all SSON customer channels, which encompass SSON Events, SSON Digital, SSON GBS Certification, and SSON Research & Analytics. The latter now provides metrics, benchmarking, location analysis and the latest trends and insights to power the business services industry. I spent my career developing cutting edge content, producing leading industry events, creating and bringing new products to market, and cultivating and nurturing business relationships with shared services and GBS leaders. It is my priority to ensure that SSON lives up to its global mission statement and commitment to its customers.
