As a board certified behavior analyst of over seven years, my goals is to help people cope with and overcome their challenges. Whether it is as a patient, a colleague, or a supervisee, seeing others succeed is a source of joy for me. I like facing and overcoming challenges, too! Learning and growing does not always have to be scary and stressful; it can be fun, playful, and energizing. As a the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Behavioral Innovations, I specialize in early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I believe that collaboration with family members and treatment providers is pivotal in ensuring high quality and individualized care.In addition to my clinical role, I have also leveraged my expertise in organizational behavior management (OBM) to contribute to the growth and development of the organizations I have worked for. I have held positions in quality assurance (QA), instructional design (ID), and managed learning & development (L&D) programs. I have also helped with recruitment, onboarding, marketing, community outreach, and growing new service locations. My future goals include seeking education and training in neuropsychology, to expand my knowledge of the brain and how it affects learning, emotions, and behaviors. I hope to continue to serve future patients with top-notch evaluations and treatment recommendations.
